Meal Plan Monday

I usually grocery shop on Saturday, so my meal plan for the "week" goes from Saturday to Friday. Here it is:

SATURDAY - Wendy's burgers, after a long day of house cleaning and projects

SUNDAY - Apple Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, Scalloped Corn, tossed salad with crumbled bacon, fresh tomatoes from the garden, red onion, and homemade blue cheese dressing.

MONDAY - Leftovers from Sunday. There's still some left for lunch tomorrow too!

TUESDAY - Tortellini Stir-Fry. This is rather spicy, so I usually keep some of the tortellini out for the kids to eat just with marinara sauce.

WEDNESDAY - Chicken baked in a little lemon juice (covered), then topped with a can of diced tomato and some mozzarella cheese, served with pasta, tossed salad with homemade vinaigrette, and garlic bread

THURSDAY - Leftovers from Tuesday/Wednesday.

FRIDAY - Homemade macaroni and cheese, served with whatever fruits and vegetables are left in the fridge.
